Guidelines for pipeline interoperability using containers
By Adam Hughes
eSCT Pipeline Interoperability project Review:
In this project, we used Singularity, which is an HPC friendly container technology . Singularity also has a high degree of compatibility with Docker (one of the most mature container technology). As explained later, Docker containers are used as the main base for exchanging containers, due to the widespread usage and availability of Docker containers. Singularity is mainly used as a way of running Docker containers on HPC environment.
